This design is according to Amada up stroke RG series -Basic concepts, general principles for design is one of the most important machinery precision & efficiency.
The press brake is a precision hydraulic up - acting system . Unique design features eliminate time - consuming set-up procedures such as shimming and tool alignment . The press brake utilizes a centrally located primary cylinder that ensures parallel beam deflection and uniform bends . Two additional outboard cylinders assist in spreading the bending force evenly along the bend’s length .
Advantage
-When the unilateral load exceeds a certain range, the unit can effectively protect.
-The lower slider of the machine can be stopped at any position by the computer setting, and the positioning is accurate, which effectively improves the working efficiency.
-The upper workbench is equipped with a wedge-type deflection compensation device, which can realize partial bending compensation to ensure that the bending angle of the workpiece is consistent throughout.
-The back material is controlled by the numerical control system, and the large lead ball screw motion pair is used to drive the servo motor. The rear block retaining finger has a scale display, which is convenient, flexible and accurate.
